Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–7 business days after successful order confirmation. In certain cases, dispatch timelines may vary due to product availability, order volume, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Any specific delivery timelines communicated at the time of purchase will take precedence.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the courier partner's service network. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, transit times are beyond our direct control.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier partner, Titan Kurta cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Government restrictions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Our responsibility is limited to dispatching your order within the committed processing timeframe.

Shipping Address

Titan Kurta will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
